Rivi Israel is an experienced professional in guide dog training and program management, currently serving as the Guide Dog Training Manager at Dogs Inc since March 2023. Previously, Rivi held the position of Guide Dog Program Manager at the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind from June 2017 to March 2023, overseeing training staff and developing educational programs. Rivi also worked as the Director of Training at Freedom Guide Dogs for the Blind Inc, where responsibilities included creating training guidelines and instructing clients in mobility. Earlier experience as an Instructor at The Seeing Eye involved training dogs and teaching blind students about guide dog usage. Rivi is pursuing a Master's degree in Orientation and Mobility at UMass Boston while holding a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science with minors in Agribusiness Management, Equine Science, and Psychology from Rutgers University.
