Eric Mayotte has been in the technology industry since 2012. Eric began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Automated Business Machines in 2012, where they were responsible for solving customer IT problems, connecting copiers and printers to various software and hardware, and managing and maintaining company servers and customer databases. In 2013, they moved to Automated Business Machines Columbus GA as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. In 2015, they joined A-Com Integrated Solutions as a Senior Network Engineer. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operations Officer at Southeast Regional Technology Group since 2019.

Eric Mayotte attended Columbus Technical College from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Information Technology. Eric obtained a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco in June 2018, a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in June 2017, and a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
