Earlier experience includes a Senior Systems Engineer position at NetTech Consultants, Inc., and a Systems Engineer role at Advanced Data Systems. Frank holds an Associate in Arts degree in Information Technology from Florida State College at Jacksonville and is a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from SANS.
