Jonathan White started their work experience in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Lucent Technologies, where they supported program management by processing and scheduling SAP OM projects. In 2006, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Trainer, and later took on roles such as Training Project Manager, Instructional Designer, and Curriculum Manager. At Alcatel-Lucent, they proposed a learning strategy for the SAP course catalog and managed a catalog of over 30 SAP courses. In 2013, Jonathan joined General Motors as a Training Developer/Release Manager, where they developed instructor-led training materials for GM IT trainers to teach SAP modules and functionality. Currently, they work at Southeast Connections LLC as the Director of Learning and Development.
Jonathan White received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Jonathan attended the graduate school from 2006 to 2008.
