Andrea Gomes has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, beginning as a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist at Manpower Staffing Services in 1998. Over the years, Andrea has held various roles, including Human Resources Information Center Representative at Fleet Bank, Team Leader at FleetBoston Financial, and HR Generalist at Bank of America, where responsibilities included guidance on complex employee relations issues and management of staffing functions. After a long tenure at CVS Health, serving as Employee Relations Lead Specialist and then Employee Relations Manager, Andrea currently serves as Leave of Absence Manager and Employee Relations Manager at Southcoast Health since 2018. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Social Work, and Languages from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
