Alexandra Rebelo-Lazaro has over two decades of experience in education and interpretation, currently serving as a Medical Interpreter at Southcoast Behavioral Health since August 2017. In addition to this role, Alexandra has worked as a freelance Portuguese Interpreter for Interpreter Associates Inc and Baystate Interpreters since July 2016. A dedicated educator, Alexandra has been a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant at Falmouth Public Schools since September 1993. Alexandra's prior experience includes a position as a server at The Wharf Restaurant from May 1992 to October 1997. In terms of education, Alexandra is pursuing further studies at the University of the Cumberlands, with a focus on interpretation. Previous qualifications include a degree in Portuguese Medical Interpretation from Interpreter Associates Inc, an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Bristol Community College, and foundational education from Cape Cod Community College and Falmouth High School.
