Florian Reuter is an experienced supply chain and operations leader with a robust background in managing supply chain processes across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Supply Chain Manager for the Americas Region at Southco, Inc. since October 2018, Florian oversees direct spend, planning, logistics, and supplier development. Previously, Florian held multiple roles at Bender Electronics Inc., including Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics management, and Regional Sales Director, focusing on sales growth in the northeast territory. Additionally, Florian has experience in quality management and earlier roles in supply chain management.
