Aaron Abell possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of HR - Americas at Southco, Inc. since March 2021, Aaron plays a key role in strategic human capital management across a diverse workforce in North America and Brazil. Previously, Aaron held various HR leadership positions at Genesis Alkali, where responsibilities included the development of talent lifecycle processes and serving as an executive HR business partner. Other notable roles include significant contributions at FMC Corp. during a divestiture and leadership in global lean development at Hillenbrand Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wabash College and advanced degrees, including an MBA and an MS in Management & Leadership, both from Western Governors University.
