Carrie Swanson has extensive experience in administrative support and artist relations, currently serving as an Administrative Support professional at Southcentral Foundation since March 2015. In addition, Carrie has been the Business Manager/Artist Relations at Ak Native Arts Foundation since 2011, focusing on purchasing and engaging with Alaska Native artists, as well as maintaining the organization's website. Previously, Carrie held the position of Artist Relations Supervisor at Alaska Native Heritage Center from 1999 to March 2005, where responsibilities included supervising artists and purchasing Alaska Native artwork. Additionally, Carrie worked as a Visual Artist Coordinator earlier in their career. Education includes a Certificate in Airline Secretarial Accounting from Alaska Business College, obtained between 1977 and 1979.
