Jared Rundle Drake, GSI, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management and estimation. Currently serving as Project Manager at Southbridge Care Homes since November 2022, Jared has held various roles in project management and coordination, including positions at Traugott Building Contractors and Sierra Construction. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College, Jared possesses expertise in cost reporting, procurement, and communication between stakeholders. Previous roles include Chief Estimator at DC Granite & Marble Inc. and Project Coordinator at Amico Design Build Inc., showcasing a comprehensive skill set in quantity takeoffs, proposal calculation, and project documentation.
