Richard Brumm has extensive work experience in the culinary field. Richard began their career as an Executive Sous Chef at LaGorce Country Club in 2008, where they showcased their culinary skills until 2010. Richard then joined Inverness Club as an Executive Chef for a year before moving to Bonita Bay Club. At Bonita Bay Club, Brumm has held multiple roles, starting as an Executive Chef in 2011 and currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations since July 2018.
Richard Brumm, CEC, WCEC, CCA, AAC pursued their education from 2003 to 2005 at Fox Valley Technical College. During this period, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
