Prior to that, they held a similar role at Lyric Hammersmith, where they focused on comprehensive budget planning and the adoption of digital technologies. Thomas also has experience as a Digital Communications Officer at Theatre Royal Stratford East, where they successfully oversaw the design and launch of a new website and social media platforms. Thomas began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Shakespeare's Globe and later at York Theatre Royal.
