Andy Hoe has a strong background in network and infrastructure management, with experience in companies such as Southampton Football Club, RNLI, Sunseeker International, and Getronics. With a degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent, Andy started their career as a Field Engineer at Synstar before moving into roles such as Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst, and Network Support. At RNLI, Andy served as Network & Telecoms Analyst and IS Solutions Infrastructure Analyst - Communications, where Andy provided technical support and managed communication systems. Currently, at Southampton Football Club, Andy holds the position of Head of Network & Infrastructure and IT Network and Security Manager, overseeing network and security operations.
