Sarah Richman is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Principal of Environment and Permitting at South32 since 2017. Previously held roles include Environmental Coordinator at South32, Environmental Specialist at WestLand Resources, and Planner at Rincon Consultants Inc., where responsibilities included conducting and reviewing CEQA and NEPA assessments, as well as noise and air modeling using CalEEMod and HARP. Sarah also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, instructing undergraduate courses, and has a robust educational background with a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
