Raquel Paredes Ferri is a tax trainee accountant at South West Water since July 2019, previously holding roles as a sales ledger supervisor and payables administrator. Prior experience includes working as a technical support agent for the John Lewis campaign at Sitel from October 2018 to July 2019, providing technical problem-solving and customer assistance. Raquel also served as an international trade assistant at CSIF Global Group Ltd for a brief period in 2018. As of August 2024, Raquel will be completing an AAT Level 4 qualification in Professional Accounting Technician at Exeter College, building upon an earlier Translation and Interpreting Degree obtained from Universitat d'Alacant in 2018. Additional educational credentials include a certificate in multimedia editorial product development from Infoper Formación y Gestión SL and a technical diploma in pathology and cytology from I.E.S Leonardo da Vinci.
