Namita Pezheri is a Learning and Development Coordinator at South West Water since September 2022, also serving as an Apprentice Ambassador and Video Content Creator for the South West Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. In December 2023, Namita assumed the role of Exeter Cluster Head for the Social Mobility Business Partnership. Previous experience includes acting as a Subject Ambassador at King's College London, where support was provided to the Marketing Team for student recruitment events and content creation. Namita’s internship experiences include working with Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Tata Consumer Products, TrustVardi, and Jubilee Mission Medical College & Research Institute. Namita holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King's College London and is pursuing a Level 5 Management and Leadership qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
