Karen Isley has over nine years of experience in the banking industry. Karen currently works at South Story Bank & Trust as an Assistant Vice President, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at First Security Bank & Trust from 2017 to 2021, where they held the position of AVP Ag/Commercial Lending. From 2012 to 2017, Karen worked at Security First Bank as a Vice President, where they were engaged in Commercial Banking and served as the Chairperson of the Marketing committee.

Karen Isley attended Iowa State University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Education / Agribusiness.
