Steve Cooper's work experience begins in 2001, where they started as an Sr Infrastructure Analyst at Martineau. Steve then became an IT Manager at the same company in August 2011. In April 2012, they briefly served as the Acting IT Director before transitioning into the role of IT Manager at SGH Martineau in October 2012. Steve continued in this position until September 2013, when they again took on the role of Acting IT Director for a few months. From October 2015 to January 2019, Steve worked as a Technical Integration Manager at SSP Limited. In February 2019, they prepared for a new challenge, and in March 2019, they joined RMD Kwikform as a Divisional IT Operations Manager. Steve served in this role until January 2023, when they became the Head of IT Shared Services at South Staffordshire Plc.

Steve Cooper graduated from De Montfort University in 1996 with a BA Hons degree in Business Management.
