Kim Sharpe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, disaster preparedness, and community safety advocacy. Currently serving as a Falls Prevention Advocate at South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue since April 2017, Kim assists seniors in understanding and mitigating fall risks within their homes. In addition to this role, Kim has been volunteering as a Planning Director for the Red Cross since August 2015, focusing on disaster response education through mapping and information presentation. With a strong foundation in quality assurance, Kim has held senior positions at Premera Blue Cross and Seattle Children's Hospital, where responsibilities included creating test documentation and coordinating testing efforts. Kim also contributes as a CERT Instructor and RACES member for the Emergency Services Coordinating Agency, training personnel in various settings. Educational qualifications include an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BSEE from the University of Washington.
