James Flannery is an experienced construction and regeneration professional currently serving as the Director of Land and Construction at The Sovini Group, a role focused on development, growth, and land acquisition while emphasizing social value in projects. As a Labour Councillor at South Ribble Borough Council since May 2019 and a former Member of the National Council at CITB, James has significant involvement in both public and private sectors. James also held the position of Construction Director at Cunard Construction Ltd and was a founder of Atom Regeneration Ltd. Their career began with key roles at Balfour Beatty Construction, Tyson’s Construction, and Thomas Armstrong Construction, with a strong foundation in engineering and project management. James is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Building (MCIOB).
