Lucas Livingston serves as the Executive Director at Chicago Hyde Park Village NFP since November 2021, while also contributing to the Board of Directors at Beer Culture Center since January 2020. In addition, Lucas has been an Adjunct Professor in Craft Brewing & Distilling at South Puget Sound Community College since September 2020. As the Creator and Host of Ancient Art Podcast, a role held since October 2006, Lucas discusses notable works of ancient art and architecture. Moreover, as Curator of Experimental Libations at Morgue Brewing since May 2012, Lucas crafts unique ales inspired by ancient brewing practices. Previously, Lucas was the Assistant Director of Accessibility & Lifelong Learning at the Art Institute of Chicago from 2004 to July 2020 and worked as a Computer Applications Specialist at the University of Notre Dame from 1999 to 2001. Lucas holds an MA in Ancient Mediterranean World from the University of Chicago and a BA in Ancient Civilization & German from the University of Notre Dame.
