Ndumiso Davidson is a prominent figure in the student housing sector in South Africa, serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Student Living Asset Management since October 2023, with a focus on institutional fund investments in student housing. Previously, Ndumiso has held leadership roles as Chairman of the Private Student Housing Association since July 2019 and has been a key player at South Point as Director, CEO, and COO since May 2007, managing Africa’s largest student housing operation.
