Baleseng Mphuthi is an experienced Health and Safety Specialist currently employed at South Point since November 2019 and also serves as a Safety Officer at Rand Refinery Limited since October 2009. Baleseng has a solid background in ensuring compliance with legislation and relevant standards, as well as advising management on identifying and mitigating potential risks. Baleseng holds a National Diploma in Safety Management from UNISA, earned between 2006 and 2013, and completed education at Excelsior Combined School in 1997.
