Shaurya Dave is a Clinical Research Specialist at Duke University Health System since September 2024, specializing in the CHANT Lab. Concurrently, Shaurya serves as an Emergency Medical Technician with the South Orange Rescue Squad and has held roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities and a Caregiver with CareYaya. Previous experience includes working as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant for Organic Chemistry at UNC-CH, Medical Scribe at Carolina Medical Partners, and Emergency Medical Technician intern with Medic. Shaurya also contributed as the Philanthropy Chair for Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, raising over $16,000 for Friends Fighting Cystic Fibrosis. Management experience was gained as a General Manager at Herlong Express Shell Gas Station. Shaurya holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with an Emergency Medical Technology certification from Central Piedmont Community College.
