Luke Manwaring has extensive experience in facility management and staff leadership, currently serving as an Assistant Centre Manager at South Norfolk Council since April 2020. In this role, Luke manages a team of ten staff members and oversees various operational aspects, including health and safety compliance, budget management, customer service, and marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Team Leader positions focused on fitness and customer service, where Luke successfully increased membership and managed daily operations. Additional experience includes a Technical Administrator role at AST Marine Sciences Ltd and a Leisure Advisor position at Framingham Earl High School. Luke holds a Diploma of Education in Sports and Exercise from Norwich City FC Community Sports Foundation and has completed GCSEs at Framingham Earl High School.
