Matthew Rifkin MD has extensive experience in the field of radiology, currently serving as the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at South Nassau Communities Hospital since February 2013. Prior to this role, Matthew Rifkin held the position of Executive Vice President of Physician Integration at Atlantic Health Solutions from January 2011 to February 2013. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of Radiology at JT Mather Hospital, St. Charles Hospital, St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, and Good Samaritan Hospital, all from the early 2000s to 2010. Matthew Rifkin also served as Vice Chairman of Radiology at Stony Brook University Hospital from 1999 to 2003. Matthew Rifkin earned an MD in Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a BA in Biology from Brandeis University.
