Frankie Flannigan is a Service Delivery Manager at South Lakeland District Council, with previous experience as a Lake and Parking Services Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, they worked as a Postman at Royal Mail and served as an Infantry Soldier at HM Forces with the Ist Bn Queens Own Highlanders. They completed their education at Inverness High School.
