Kanika Kapoor has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at South Jersey Radiology. Previous roles include Corporate Director of HR and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lourdes Health System, as well as Human Resource Manager and HR-Staffing Manager at Genesis HealthCare. Kanika began the career as an HR Generalist/Manager at Lens Depot. Education includes a Professional Human Resource Management degree from Villanova University (2012-2013) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology, Public Relations, and Marketing from IMSIT (2005-2006).
