Josh Smith is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as a Senior ICT Application Development and Support Specialist and Low Code Application Builder at South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council since June 2020. Previously, Josh held various roles at the University of Exeter from October 2012 to June 2020, including Senior Database Officer, Graduate Destinations and Systems Administrator, and Information and Systems Assistant. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Library and Information Assistant at Norfolk County Council from October 2009 to October 2012.
