Louise Mortimer (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Group HR Director at South Hampshire College Group, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Louise was the People and Culture Partner at Fareham College from May 2022 to August 2023. Louise's experience in the HR field includes various roles at Rowans Hospice from June 2018 to May 2022, progressing from HR Administrator to HR Lead. Additionally, Louise worked at New Look from August 2009 to May 2018, holding the position of Store Manager. Educated at City of Portsmouth College, Louise holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.
