Monica Westby, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Serving as the HR Manager and Recruiter at South Florida PBS since 1998, Monica also held the role of HR Director at Nightly Business Report (PBS) from 2011 to 2013. In addition to HR, Monica has been a Realtor Sales Associate at ONE Sotheby's International Realty since October 2016. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Barry University and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College, complemented by a high school diploma from Coral Park Senior High.
