Previous roles include Project Consultant for High Performance Coaching at Athletics Australia, Team Services Coordinator at Commonwealth Games Australia, and High Performance Coach for both Australian College of Sport and Golf Education Australia. Rohan Short also held administrative positions within Commonwealth Games Australia and worked as an Assistant Coach for both the National Basketball League and Townsville Crocodiles NBL Team. Rohan Short's educational background includes a Bachelor in Applied Science from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma in Education from RMIT University, and multiple certificates in training and assessment from Holmesglen TAFE and Time Education and Training Pty Ltd.
