Ian MacMillan has extensive experience in environmental management and policy development, particularly in the goods movement industry. Ian has held positions such as Assistant Deputy Executive Officer at South Coast Air Quality Management District, Vice President at Questa Environmental Consulting, and Visiting Instructor at Pomona College. Ian holds a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from UCLA.
