Zandra Mikell is an experienced professional in the field of food science, currently serving as a Research and Development Technician at South Chicago Packing LLC since May 2022, having previously held the role of Research and Development Intern in the same company. Prior to this, Zandra worked as a Task Order Manager at IEM from September 2021 to June 2022 and has a background in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as a Passenger Service Agent from August 2009 to March 2016, focusing on administrative and customer service functions for travelers. Zandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, obtained in 2020.
