Rebecca Blanton has over 25 years of experience in financial systems analysis and management. Currently serving as a Financial Systems Analyst at SC State Ports Authority since November 2006, Rebecca has successfully managed upgrades for PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Financials. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Santee Cooper from 1987 to 2006 as a Senior MIS Analyst, where responsibilities included leading the upgrade of the Oracle Financial Application Suite from version 10.7 to 11i. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Charleston, earned between 1981 and 1986.
