Marius Conradie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capacity and capability management, modernisation, and change management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at SARS since December 2008. This role involves the efficient allocation and utilisation of approximately 11,500 staff across all operational divisions, focusing on productivity improvement and strategic alignment. Prior to SARS, Marius held roles at IQ, where responsibilities included BPM consulting and account management, and Morgan Creek Consulting as a Director overseeing Workflow & Document Management projects. Marius started the career as an Industrial Engineer at Nissan South Africa and has also worked at ISCOR Steel and Mining in management services and industrial engineering. Marius holds a Master of Business Leadership degree with a specialization in Change Management during BPM Implementation from the University of South Africa.
