Matt Lichtner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt recently served as the Director of Business Development for Sourcepoint, where they focused on building relationships in the US mortgage and financial services sector. Previously, they worked at Mortgage Cadence as a Tech Product & Offering Dev Manager, improving engagement and facilitating delivery workflows for mortgage lenders and service providers. Matt also held positions as the Director of Business Development at Opus Capital Markets Consultants, the SVP of National Accounts at Accurate Group, the VP of Sales at ClosingCorp, and the National Sales Executive at ServiceLink, among others. Matt has extensive experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships within the mortgage industry.

Matt Lichtner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Mortgage Banking Basics from the Mortgage Bankers Association in June 2020. Matt also possesses an inactive Real Estate License from the State of California Bureau of Real Estate.
