Darrell Neitzel is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sourcepoint since April 2020, Darrell previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Ditech Financial LLC from June 2017 to April 2020. Prior to that, Darrell was with CitiMortgage for nearly two decades, serving as Senior Vice President of Default Operations, overseeing Mortgage Default Services which included Collections, SPOC, Loss Mitigation, and Document Collection. Darrell began their career in various management roles focused on Default and Collections for Household Finance, contributing to the centralized management of mortgage, personal loans, and credit card collections from April 1984 to August 1997.
