Laura Andina has a diverse and extensive work experience in product management, user experience design, and leadership roles. Laura currently serves as the Lead Product Manager at Sourceful, where they define the product vision and strategy for sustainable packaging solutions. Additionally, they monitor market trends, analyzes customer feedback, and represents user needs within the company. Prior to their current role, Laura was a Co-Founder at Glass.Ceiling and worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona. Laura has also held senior product management positions at Productboard, Hopin, and Tuenti. Laura has demonstrated expertise in strategic prioritization, audience engagement, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. Laura Andina has an extensive education history with a range of degrees and certifications. In 2020 to 2021, they attended IE Business School and obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration (English). Prior to that, Laura completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'. Laura also holds an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
