Katie McGovern is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in strategic communication. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Account Director at SourceCode Communications since October 2021, Katie previously held multiple roles at SHIFT Communications from January 2012 to October 2021, including Account Director and Senior Account Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Account Executive at Bishoff Communications, where responsibilities included developing annual PR plans and managing media events for food and beverage and nonprofit clients. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and an MBA with a Marketing Concentration from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
