Elle Jervis-Xenou is a Senior UX/UI Designer at Experience This since June 2024, focused on developing and refining user experiences for a marketing application in collaboration with the Founder and Product Manager. Concurrently, Elle serves as a Community Volunteer at Sustainable Keswick. Previously, as Lead Product Designer at SourceBreaker until January 2024, Elle was responsible for overseeing the design team and enhancing user experiences. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at TalkTalk, where Elle improved customer journeys and supported business objectives. Elle began a career as a Digital Designer/Developer at Loughborough University, leading high-profile digital projects and managing online marketing materials. Early experience includes positions as a Web Designer at NBTY and Graphic Designer at Prontaprint. Elle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia from Nottingham Trent University.
