Previously, Gaurav held the position of Senior Assistant Manager at a confidential staffing and recruiting firm from February 2018 to November 2019, and worked as a Team Lead at Busitants Incorporated from 2016 to 2018. Gaurav began a career in recruitment as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Knowledge Momentum from January 2013 to March 2016, managing the full cycle recruiting process across various business units.
