Tali Hachsur Rahmani currently serves as HR Manager at Source Tactical Gear since 2022, where professional consulting is provided to executives on HR issues and supervision of recruitment and selection processes is conducted. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Nahsholim Holiday Village Kibbutz Hotel (2020 - 2022), and Training and Development Specialist at Menora Mivtachim Group (2011 - 2019), focusing on team management training and the creation of organizational training programs. Tali also held the position of Recruitment and Welfare Manager at Kidum (2007 - 2011), where annual hiring plans and welfare strategies for approximately 850 employees were designed and executed. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Bar-Ilan University, along with further studies in group consulting, coaching, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology.
