Daniel Bolt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical support within the IT and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Source Support Services since May 2014, Daniel leads initiatives in providing global, same-day, and next-day on-site IT support for the Enterprise Storage community. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Help Desk Engineer for Rubbermaid, specializing in technical diagnosis and field support for healthcare products. Additionally, Daniel was the Assistant Production Manager for Customer Solutions at Micro Depot Inc. from November 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included staff allocation and documentation of production procedures in compliance with industry standards.
