Theophilos Theophilou has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Theophilos started their career in 2006 as a Mechanical Engineer at Source-Ray Inc., where they were responsible for designing portable X-ray machines and diagnosing design problems. Theophilos then moved on to roles such as Director of Quality and Regulatory, where they led CE certification projects, negotiated contracts, and prepared risk management and technical files. In 2015, Theophilou became the Operations Manager and Director of QA/RA at Source-Ray Inc. In 2019, they joined UL Solutions as a Staff Engineer and Lead Auditor before becoming the MDSAP Program Manager/Lead Reviewer/Lead Auditor. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Source-Ray, Inc.

Theophilos Theophilou has a diverse education history. Theophilos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University from 2000 to 2003. Theophilos then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution from 2003 to 2005. Later, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stony Brook University from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Theophilos has also obtained several certifications. Theophilos is a certified Quality Management System Auditor in both ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, which they obtained from RABQSA International in May 2014. Theophilos also has a certification in the Application of Risk Management for Medical Devices, but the specific institution and date of obtaining are unknown. Theophilos has obtained certifications in workplace safety, including Bloodborne Pathogens in the Workplace, Employee Occupational Safety and Health, and Essentials of Occupational Safety and Health, from OSHA Academy. Theophilos has also obtained certifications in Global Product Submissions for Medical Devices: FDA and EU Directive requirements from Oriel STAT A MATRIX. Finally, Theophilos has certifications in Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor ISO 13485:2016 from Oriel STAT A MATRIX.
