Thomas Saju Koshy is an experienced software developer with a strong background in technology solutions and team leadership. Currently serving as an SDE-2 at Source.one since October 2022, Thomas leads efforts to enhance polymer trading through innovative business solutions and efficient order management systems. Previously, as a Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, Thomas guided an agile team in designing and developing APIs using Springboot and NodeJS, alongside a role as a Full Stack Developer focusing on banking applications. Thomas's early experience includes a project trainee role at CAIR, DRDO, working on information extraction in medical research. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology and ongoing Master of Technology studies in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam.
