Sandy Lardieri has over 20 years of experience in business development, customer solutions, program management, technical writing and account executive roles. From 2002 to present, they have served as the Director of Business Development and Fulfillment Sales for Source Logistics. In this role, they have created marketing solutions and sales content for multi-national warehouses and transportation, responded to new business proposals, and developed and maintained vendor relationships. Sandy has also been responsible for internal and external education and training of software, systems and methods. From 1997 to 2002, they were the Program Manager and Technical Writer for Logistics at Hewlett-Packard. In this role, they developed and wrote workflow charting, procedural documentation and value stream mapping for HP's North America direct marketing programs. Sandy also profiled and documented the Galaxy enterprise system flowchart to manage client and customer tier-level contracts and exhibits. Additionally, they communicated strategies to divisional marketing teams on new product introductions, distribution, project management and functional steps to increase awareness of HP's retail marketplace. In 1997, they also served as an Account Executive at Centric Corporation.
Sandy Lardieri received their MBA Certified in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the University of Washington in 2009. Sandy also holds a degree in Psychology and English Literature from Redmond High School. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, "Leading at a Distance" in September 2022 and "Unconscious Bias" in September 2022.
