Aaron Garcia has worked in the logistics industry since 2005. Aaron began their career at APL Logistics, where they held the role of Reverse Logistics/ Value Added Service's Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor from 2005 to 2011. Aaron then moved to TriCap International, where they were an Operations Supervisor from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Source Logistics and has since held the roles of Regional Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Account Executive. As Account Executive, they managed customers' daily shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, identified issues in customers' Supply Chains and developed creative solutions, and communicated internally and externally to ensure customers' expectations were exceeded.

Aaron Garcia attended John A. Rowland High School from 1996 to 2000 and received a Diploma in General.
