Sharath Nayak is a seasoned mechanical engineer with significant experience in leading teams and managing project delivery. Currently serving as Team Lead at Source Engineering Services since May 2022, Sharath focuses on developing a team of mechanical engineers, engaging with clients, and ensuring high efficiency and quality in project execution. Prior to this role, Sharath worked at HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer in the semiconductor domain, contributing to major projects involving design and testing. Earlier positions include Design Engineer at Aviohelitronics Infosystem Private Limited and Junior Mechanical Engineer at Vinpac Innovation, where Sharath was involved in designing dies for thermoforming processes and material handling trays. Sharath holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which was completed in 2012.
