Emilia Pieczonka has a diverse background in data science and related fields. Emilia is currently employed at Source.ag as a Data Scientist since May 2022. Prior to that, Emilia worked at Datafit Italia SRL, where they started as a Data Scientist from April 2019 to January 2021, and then they were promoted to the role of Senior Data Scientist from January 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they completed a Data Science Internship at VINHOOD from October 2018 to March 2019. Emilia also gained experience as a Junior BI Consultant at POLARYS from January 2018 to July 2018. Emilia's earliest work experience includes their role as a Member in the WRSS WEAIiIB Faculty Students Council from June 2015 to July 2018, and as a Software Systems Test Specialist at Delphi from October 2016 to March 2017.

Emilia Pieczonka earned a Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Robotics from AGH University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Emilia then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2017 to 2018. In addition, Emilia obtained a certification in TELC język niemiecki B1 in June 2012.
